End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Key Calculus

1. Effective Date: Dec 31, 2023

2. Acceptance of Terms

   By using Key Calculus, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

3. License Grant

   Key Calculus LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Key Calculus for the duration of your subscription or free trial, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

4. Restrictions

   You may not:

   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
   • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Key Calculus.
   • Rent, lease, loan, or sublicense Key Calculus.
   • Sell or rent key bittings or pinning charts, however, you may transfer key bittings and pinning charts
     used to cut keys or pin cores that you are selling.
   • Use Key Calculus for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Privacy and Data

   Key Calculus may collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA.

6. Termination

   Key Calculus LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to Key Calculus at any time for violations of this EULA or any other applicable terms and conditions.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

   Key Calculus LLC provides Key Calculus "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Key Calculus LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

   This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.
